Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception Unveiled

It’s official! Uncharted 3 has finally been unveiled ahead of it’s first initial showing at the the VGA’s this coming weekend.

Entertainment Weekly have blown the cover off the story, stating that the game will indeed place Drake in the deserts of the Arabian Peninsula. Sully is along for the ride as the two attempt to find a lost city. No details on whether or not Chloe and Elena will be returning.

Ann Henning, the game’s creative director had this to say: “When we first came up with the idea of sand, you see everyone’s eyes light up here and go, ‘Yeah, that’s going to be really hard — let’s do it!

Naughty Dog co-president Evan Wells added. “We’re a bunch of nerds. We just look for something that will be a technical, artistic challenge, and allowed us to push into an area of the world and history we’ve never tapped into before,”

A teaser trailer is set to accompany the games reveal this weekend with actor Nolan North again taking on the role with Drake, where we hear him utter the words, “All men dream, Just not equally”

The game is due late 2011 and is set to be a sure fire hit.

My most anticipated game of the year? HELL YEAH!!!!
