This Kinect modder has been able to get Kinect to work with Street Fighter IV. Using motion commands he is able to perform normal and special moves though a controller is still needed for forward and backwards movement.
The setup uses a combination of FAAST for Kinect input and GlovePIE for the Wii nunchuck integration and scripting of special moves. Apparently you can even play over the internet or LAN.
