Battlefield Bad Company 2 is looking good. When we previewed the Battlefield Bad Company 2 beta on PlayStation 3 I was pleasantly surprised. Dice has just launched a new “Tactical Field Manual” website that checks players for their experience in Modern Warfare via gamertag before access. Interesting stuff. Apparently The site itself is locked by a unique skill gate, in which only experienced Modern Warfare 2 and Battlefield veterans can gain access.
The Tactical Field Manual website contains insider vehicle, weapon, and map information, as well as strategies.
No doubt that Battlefield Bad Company 2 is going after Modern Warfare 2 fans and from what I played of the beta I think fans will like unique things that Battlefield Bad Company 2 brings such as vehicles, aircraft and larger maps. Also parachuting into the stage is a very nice touch. The demo for Battlefield Bad Company 2 is available now on both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
