SNK Playmore has announced that will launch the NEOGEO Station on the PlayStation Network to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the NEOGEO videogame system. The NEOGEO Station will be a continuously growing collection of classic NEOGEO on PSN.
No mention of trophy support but some digging has revealed that there will be full online play and friend list support for the PS3 versions. The PSP versions will support ad-hoc multiplayer play. You can also save and replay your gameplay. Up to 8 replays per title at any given time.
Here is the complete launch title list for NEOGEO Station. These PS3 games will sell for at $8.99 per title, each PSP version will cost $6.99 each. All will be available for the PS3 on December 21, 2010 except
Samurai Shodown for PS3.
The initial lineup of titles hits on December 22 and will include:
Fatal Fury (Garoudensetsu)
Metal Slug
The King of Fighters ’94
Samurai Spirits
Super Sidekicks (Tokuten-o)
Art of Fighting (Ryuuko no Ken)
ASO II Last Guardian
League Bowling
Baseball Stars Professional
Magician Lord
