So Need For Speed Hot Pursuit shipped and has been getting some great reviews and good buzz. Apparently though the game does not support any Logitech wheels on the PlayStation 3. It is quite a bit crazy that this racing game that was released just a few weeks before Gran Turismo 5 does not support the official steering wheel of the Playstation 3. Even need for speed shift did have support for the Logitech wheels.
Apparently they are working on an update to Need For Speed Hot Pursuit on the Playstation 3 that will add in support but who knows when that will be. Right now there is 18 pages of pure rage on the official EA Need For Speed Hot Pursuit forums. Lets hope this rage gets this game patched quickly. I have played a few hours and so far so very good. Wheel support could very well put it over the top for me.

So it’s not need for speed but rather need for support of Logitech wheel…lol. EA is known to be lazy.

Yeah this sucks. Hot Pursuit could have been damn near perfect if it would have had 3d and wheel support. Guess I will go with GT5 instead.
