One of the most anticipated PS3 exclusives of 2010 is getting a collectors edition. The game is being packaged in a special ‘rain-effect’ slipcase that gives it the impression it has been streaked by 3D drops of rain. Sounds pretty cool. In addition to the actual game, owners of the collector’s edition will receive the first does of Heavy Rain DLC free.
This is entitled Heavy Rain: Chronicle 1 – The Taxidermist and is an expansion and update of the demo seen at E3.
The official Heavy Rain soundtrack will be included as well as a Dynamic Theme for the XMB.
The game looks stunning and I’m seriously hoping it delivers.
