Twilight: C- [6] (my sister is way into this crap so she got the movie and I watched it with my girlfriend since we had no other movies to watch, it actually wasnt as bad as I thought it would be, but it’s not worth all the rave and hype. as far as vampire movies go though, it aint too bad since all the recent vampire flicks have been way worse than this)

apparently the books are much better, after thinking a little more about it the film was actually rather lame. but just not AS lame as I was expecting it to be, which is why I gave it such a “high” score lol.

Both Slumdog and The Wrestler are worth checking out. Marisa Tomei looked nice for being mid 40’s. I usually hate Mickey Rourke movies, but he was awesome in this one. Slumdog has one of the grossest scenes ever…you’ll know it when you see it.

I thought the whole concept of it was very good.
I mean i know i have watched some sick shit online, sites like ebaumsworld.com would actually post videos off people jumping of buildings and all other types of shit.
I think we’re all guilty of that. I think as humans we are intrigued by it and there is something in us that makes us want to see it for ourselves.
Even though the guy behind everything did do some sick things, what he went through was torturous for himself to have the video of his father posted all over the web for people to look at and comment on.
Thats what makes the movie so powerful because we can all admit to doing things like that without thinking of what the families involved are going through.
