Previously banned in Australia Left 4 Dead 2 now will be released. The bad news for Australians is that as of now they will get an censored version. This edited version received an MA 15+ rating by The Office of Film and Literature Classification. There will not be decapitation, dismemberment, piles of dead bodies lying around the campaign and there will be no wound details in the AU version. Valve and EA are still working on an appeal to bring the ‘real’ version to Australia. Personally I really hope that Australians will receive the full experience because who really wants to play a game like Left for Dead 2 edited. No one. Left 4 Dead 2 will be released on November 17.
