Connecting the DS wirelessly to the Wii allows you to download demos and unlock added functionality to a game . So far the latter’s been underutilized (Pokemon Battle Revolution was the first to use it, allowing you to transfer your pokemon from Pokemon Diamond or Pearl), but Nintendo plans to have it built-in with future games. To score DS demos from the Wii, login to the Nintendo Channel and look for DS Download Stations in some stores that allow you to temporarily download demos into the DS’s memory. It’s certainly a welcome addition considering that the DS doesn’t have an online store, nor a hard drive or memory stick slot.
