The game hit the $200 Million mark in one day. So it’s looking like Microsoft gets to crack another smile for 2010…and look for a new IP to bring in the doe.

09/18/2010 at 2:54 pm #46763Reach is my GAME OF THE YEAR so far. I mean that says a lot. I talked SO much shit about it but they delivered. The campaign is so well done. I will be playing it again. Great story, and variety that was missing from ODST. Matter of fact this game has the best elements from Halo ODT and Halo 3 …never played 2 so I cant comment but the health system from that game is great in adding tension and strategy.
They did the damn thing. Perfect way to close it out for their studio. Bra-fucking-vo!
The only other game of the year contenders I can think of is red dead and bayonetta until modern warfare black ops comes out. I love bayonetta and really like red dead but what bungie is delivering is head and shoulders above both. Killzone 3 better come with the heat man. Cinema and co-op campeign mode better be in there lol.
