So you have heard me rant about how great Street Fighter IV is after playing it at EVO last month. Edge magazine just posted an article also raving about how great Street Fighter IV plays. Also know that Edge is known for not raving about anything. I think that Edge is on point in their assertions about the potential. Street Fighter IV may very well be the best Street Fighter game to date though I don’t think stating that Street Fighter IV is THE BEST is a call that can be made for a few years. I do think its clear that the potential is there. After all, Street Fighter III was hated when it first came out and now many think its the best after having seen the potential revealed over time. Plus the man who produced Street Fighter III is the producer of Street Fighter IV and he has had many years to reflect on how to improve the series.

Here is a quote from the Edge article:
