The demo for Pro 2008 is out.. I got it mastered already!! 😉

Newcastle are one of the 2 fully licensed Premier League teams!! (Woooo!!)

It is released on Oct 26th in the UK.. This is the reason I bought my 360.. Pro is my favourite game by a long shot.. I will be buying it on the day it drops..

Any one looking forward to this as much as me?? Hopefully some people on here will be getting it, so we can get a game going, or even a gamemanx tournament!!

yer i will get it for sure, haven’t played either pro or fifa dis year yet, but a few of my mates have mentioned that fifa may be better this year round, and that pro is too fast, i duno as i ain’t played em, but i’ll get both for sure

Fifa ’08 is unbelievably shitty. Can’t wait for pro. I hope they put all the features that were in the ps2 versions back into the 360 version…because PES6 was shitty in that department.

I can’t believe Newcastle are licensed…that’s just weird…

Not happy at all.
I could get Pro Evo for the 360 but i’ve pre ordered it for my PS3.
Gamplay always seems abit more fluid with a Playstation pad.
However even though i have got it on pre order, that doesn’t mean i actually have to buy it.
I will probably wait for the ign.com review to see which console is best to buy it on.
Ign has never steered me wrong yet.

Nah, seriously though, playing the demo on 360 I know where you coming from with the pad.. It is less user friendly then on the PS, but I feel like I’m used to it now..

Fifa Vs Pro is one of the oldest arguments in gaming, it’s like Mario vs Sonic & Sega Vs Nintendo, Sont Vs Microsoft, etc..

I see it like this..

Pro is for people who want the gaming aspect over the choice aspect.. You can’t argue Fifa has the most options & realism, in terms of names & leagues, etc.. But, for me, Pro plays more like the real thing.. You have to put the time in to learn the skills & then when you get it mastered you get the rewards..

I might get the new Fifa, but Pro is what I’m waiting for.. Roll on the 26th!!!!!

People go for it cos it’s more official. I hate the gameplay. To be honest, i see Fifa as more of a simple footballing game. Pro is more for people who got a real footballing mind, you got a bit more control over everything.
