The best solution is to buy a Plexi-Cover from here:

You can place artwork underneath the plexi also to further customize the stick.

^ yeah I already did that (see here) its just that I bought a 8 button one LOL. I had ordered it before I actually got the stick and didnt realize how much I would hate the 8 buttion layout. Ok. More street fighter talk is always cool with me.
