Hopefully i will be upgrading to an Elite soon anyway.

Well…There’s an achievement for completing each quest in the game. Just an FYI. And that quest is tough, well every quest is tough at lower levels. I’m at level 7, close to 8. And I’m on I think the second chapter of the wasteland survival guide quest. But the quest is long and breaks up into different parts, so what I’ve been doing is, instead of going way out of the way to minefield and stuff, I’ve just been getting other quests and I happen to bump into, or come close to the places that are marked on my map for the wasteland survival guide quest, so I’m getting them done while doing other quests. That way it’s not as out of the way and dragged out.

So far the game hasn’t crashed on me at all, and I have like 24+ hours of play time. I’ve been exploring a lot and just messing around and doing every side quest, I haven’t done much with the main quest yet.

lol I had elder scrolls 3 on xbox I got bored wandering about not knowing what I was meant to be doing.
Why I avoided oblivion I may have to pick this or oblivion up though next time I go shopping.

Bethesda Softworks, X3F’s reader voted Studio of the Year, released new screens for the upcoming Operation Anchorage DLC for Fallout 3 earlier today (and can be found in the gallery below). Making an appearance in the screen shots are the snowy battlefields of Alaska, a Chinese bunker and a rad looking ninja outfit. Releasing later this month, the Xbox 360/PC exclusive Operation Anchorage DLC is priced at 800 ($10).

Bethesda told Eurogamer that the level cap in Fallout 3 will be raised to 30 (from 20) in March with the third DLC package, Broken Steel. Ninjas in Fallout 3? Yes, please.

I accidently beat the game today…

I have been doing bits and parts of the main questline throughout my time and I went to do a mission which apparently was the last one lol.

I have to say…if I didn’t do so much exploring and some side quests, (I’ve spent like 45 hours on the game so far), I would have probably beat the game in like 25-30 hours…but now that I think about it that isn’t too short…BUT, they should have made the sidequests more important…

and that mainquest just kind of ended…it felt sort of rushed at the end. also I see what people were talking about with there being nothing after the main quest, having to reload before the main quest is just stupid.

but the game is still amazing 🙂

Bethesda just sent word that a new Fallout 3 title update has just been released earlier this morning and will insta-download once connected to Xbox Live with a copy of Fallout in your 360 disc drive. Information and a really, really long list of the bug fixes can viewed here.

But there’s more! The upcoming Fallout 3 Operation Anchorage DLC has been dated and given an official price. The 800 Microsoft point DLC will be available for download off the Xbox Live Marketplace on (drumroll) Tuesday, January 27th. Good times.
