So, I was browsing the inter-web today and i happened upon a few screen shots/videos of a game that looks suspiciously similar to Muramasa (which I still can’t get work’n). The game is described as a 2D action-RPG video game created for the Xbox 360 platform. It claims to provide gamers with a deeply involved storyline and adjustable gameplay which will allow casual gamers to enjoy the experience. However, the game’s producers plan to incorporate elements such as, collection, a deep combo and experience system, and increasingly challenging encounters in order to attract more skilled gamers. Here’s what i found:

I saw that and I’m actually pretty excited to get my hands on this since my copies (yes plural) of Muramasa aren’t working. But, I’m anxious to compare the two games since they look so similar. Other games have boosted similar claims and failed (emphatically). Hopefully the combo system and gameplay truly necessitate some skill and don’t sublimate to button squeezing!!! All that said, this does look promising.
