Ready to try your luck at bionic swinging in 3D? You’ll be able to get an early hands-on with Bionic Commando in a multiplayer-only demo on Xbox Live later this month. The demo will offer 8-player deathmatch on “Vertigo,” one of the game’s 16 multiplayer maps. The full game will also feature team deathmatch and capture the flag modes.

There’s no word on a PS3 demo — perhaps Sony’s bandwidth policies have taken their toll? For now, only Xbox 360 owners will be able to get an early taste of struggling with the game’s controls.

I was watching a few gameplay vids on ign and it doesn’t look all that great to be honest. I think the swinging about is gonna get real old real fast.
I’ll get the demo just to check it out but i can’t see this being a game i will buy.
Got rental written all over it.
