Man that shit is great. They thing that make folks hate it, was that there wasn’t that many familiar faces on there. Ryu, Akuma, Chun Li, and Ken. They should at Sakura on it. I love the parry system. It made the worst players better.

worst players better? lol Ive been playing street fighter for 12 years and the hardest thing I had to do is parry in battle. Im just not built for it lol, im naturally inclined to block.

Damn I remember when Street Fighter 2 came out to the arcade. I was playing it real tough. Then my uncle took me to this arcade plays where they had the 1st Street Fighter. It sucked. No character selection. You choose where you fight out by picking the country. Ryu was your only character unless you was playing 2 players and 1 wasr Ryu and 2 was Ken. Horrible I couldn’t do the fireball on it. My uncle hit me with it and I died instantly

The new Mortal Kombat games are shit but back then it was amazing and i still love playing it now.
It wasn’t a button masher by any means and it took a long time to learn all of those fatalities.

mortal kombats feel was its shock factor the gore fest game and the pre rendered characters made it more realistic. I wonderwhether their fans noticed how bad and limited the game engine was.

Thankfully we all got sensatised to the violence and mortal kombat declined.

Highly true. The engine wasn’t the best engine but it help spawn off the cult classic, Primal Rage from that same engine.

Look the fatalities was nothing but the answer to Street Fighter Dizziness. They just need a way to put it in the game but it went over the market when you can kill somebody.

Why did you change it from Tekken to Soul Caliber? Is it the fact that you are playing it at this very moment? Remember, Tekken help advance 3-D fighting game by making it alot simpler for the gamer to play.
