Report: The Elder Scrolls VI may be revealed next month under the name Sentinel
What we know
The Verge's Tom Warren reports, citing sources familiar with Bethesda's plans, that The Elder Scrolls VI will carry the subtitle Sentinel and that the full name could be announced in November, around Skyrim's 15th anniversary. The report has not been confirmed. PSQ GS NL
The same report reportedly says Hammerfell, a region southwest of Skyrim, will be the game's setting. GS RPS
Some outlets note that a leaked, unverified title had circulated earlier, and that fans had guessed the name in August. IGN DX
The report comes as Xbox is reported to be in the midst of restructuring, and the game was first announced in 2018. EG GM
