It seems that Master Chief and company are back taking the number one spot last week as Halo 3 was the most played Xbox Live title for the week ending 7/21/08. Playstation 3 Firmware 2.42 Available Now, But What Does it Do?
According to a vague post on the official Playstation blog: Just wanted to give everyone a quick heads up that a PS3 firmware update (v2.42) is now available for download. This update improves the playback quality of some PLAYSTATION 3 and PlayStation format software. Some, or even any specifics would be appreciated next time. Thanks!

Red Faction: Guerilla, Fully Destructible Environments, Xbox Live BETA
Red Faction: Guerilla seems to be aiming to take destructible environments in games to the next level. Oddly enough we were talking about the original Red Faction game in our last podcast. Bionic Commando Rearmed Release Delayed
