I don’t wanna speak ill of the dead but that guy was dumb as fuck to be scaling the fence and getting into the restricted area anyway. There is a reason it’s restricted and he paid the price for his dumb act.

As far as the severed legs go, that is very unfortunate, but that’s the risk millions of people take in order to have a good time.
