This stick works for both xbox 360 and ps3 wirelessly. For ps3 I can plug the usb cable in and it will work via wire as well. (for tournaments)
System switch is on the left and on the right are the USB charge ports. Both charge up the controllers when the batteries die. The silver USB port is for xbox 360 charging and the black usb port is for ps3.
