My biggest concern about Bioshock 2 is that I don’t think anyone really knew what they wanted to do with the game before they started. The first Bioshock felt like 2k Boston knew what they wanted to do and where they wanted to go with the story (even if it should have ended at the big twist).

I think parts of Bioshock 2 are going to be pretty good. Those parts are probably going to be from 2k Marin. The parts I don’t like might end up coming from the other 3 studios: Digital Extremes, 2k Australia and Arkane Studios. I’m hopeful that 2k Marin can reign in the other studios and take control of this game before it’s too late.
