Best case scenario would be to have both xbox’s and computer on the same router. Then install Tversity on your computer. With this setup whatever videos or mp3’s on your computer will be accessible on your xbox 360 under audio or videos in the xbox 360 dashboard.
Edit: if you must use a usb stick you need to make sure that the files are divx or mpg. Some video files just wont work because the system cannot play video files encoded with certain codecs. Tversity converts videos on the fly so using it you are able to play just about any video.
