I do have a complaint that I was begging them to give me the art book with Dead Space reserve but they wouldn’t let me have it, and I’ve given free games to this store before. I know the people that work there cus I go there all the time but they wouldn’t let me have the art book, even though I have Gears2, Fable2, Fallout3, Left4Dead all reserved, I just forgot to reserve Dead Space, and they wouldn’t let me have the art book 🙁
