ive done it all guys. ive called xbox customer support over 5 times now, champion broadband at least 3, and now microsoft technical support twice. microsoft connected me back to xbox support. FTW! theyre all telling me to call eachother and none of them are doing SHIT! my mom has a router and modem in her room, my computer is in my room with a wireless connection to my moms, but my xbox has like an ethernet cord that came in the box that connects to my computer.
