forreal, they gotta step up their hardware-game.
however, they have a great warranty system.. which has just been extended to something like 3-4 years which is a longg time for one.. my roommate had his warranty run out and 3 days later he got the ring of death and they didn’t give a shit lol he paid the price for a new harddrive
