Capcom has just announced this new element to the upcoming HD Bionic Commando game. Enter the Polycraft Aerial Gunship. Here is what they are: These VTOL aerial gunships are wickedly agile, cunning, and sport a veritable arsenal of weapons to blast Nathan “Rad” Spencer to kingdom come. Just one of these guys can be considered a mini-boss, but they also appear in flights. Here are some screenshots:
The new Game Informer magazine features the upcoming Halo 3 “Expansion” known as Recon. The new magazine features 10 pages on Halo 3 Recon and includes screenshots straight from Bungie. My interest in Halo 3 at this point is very luke warm like this magazine cover.
So PSW magazine is apparently calling Call of Duty: World at War better than Call of Duty 4 in their new magazine issue. I really don’t believe this for a second and I need verification. Funny thing is that there are hardly any reviews on metacritic for World at War. No reviews by day launch typically means the game is crap. This seems very much like a cheap attempt to sell some magazines. S...[Read More]
For those interested in finding out if the upcoming New Xbox Experience game install feature will be worth the time and effort Eurogamer has you covered. They pit some of the most popular Xbox 360 games loading speed on disc and compared those speeds to HDD install loads. They even compared the 20GB hard drive to the 120GB hard drive and the 20GB drive. It would have been nice to see console tempe...[Read More]
Pay close attention to the question mark on the title because this is still UNCONFIRMED though according to the screenshot above it certainly appears as though that is Rose from the Street Fighter alpha series on the Street Fighter 4 character select screen. Regardless of whether Rose is in the game the character selection screens seems great with lots of characters. Source: Shoryuken
Less than one full month after release Sega’s Golden Axe Beast Rider has begun its inevitable trip to clearance status. I spotted this sad sight earlier today at a local Target store and chuckled because as soon as Golden Axe Beast Rider was announced many months ago as a single player game with a muddy disposition I knew the game would tank hard and fast. Oh, Sega…

According to the Criterion Blog: Fill the gauge and hit boost to trigger burning flame trails from your back wheels. The 88 Special’s fast, maneuverable and great in the air. In fact, if you want to take off, this is just the car for you. Hit L3 t...[Read More]

The final boss of the Street Fighter 4 is an interesting specimen. He has lots of moves that other characters in the game also have and he also shoots… stomach rockets?
Check out this new video showcasing some crazy and very hard pull off combos in Super Street Fighter II HD Remix.
Those who pre-ordered Left 4 Dead at GameStop were treated to access to the demo a week before the general public. I downloaded the demo early this morning and gave it a spin. I actually played through it a few times. I tried both single player and online co-op modes and the game is very fun. Left 4 Dead is frantic first person zombie action. I love it! The art style which is similar to the Half L...[Read More]
Eurogamer just released another in their series of PS3 and Xbox 360 game comparisons. They take games released on both systems and compare the graphical output. This time Bioshock, Dead Space, Midnight Club, Spiderman, Star Wars, and Pure were compared on both systems. The verdict is that out of the six games compared the Xbox 360 beat out the PS3 in all but one. I would call that a major spanking...[Read More]
