Huh? see me on the PS3, i just dropped £40 for another year of this shit. If i don’t use it then it’s just throwing money away. I can’t exactly get my money back off a pre-paid 12 month card that i have now redeemed.
What is annoying is the fact they didn’t let me cancel this shit myself in the first place. It should be up to me whether or not i want to keep paying for a service.
However, there is no option to cancel the subscription yourself without going through an advisor.
You cannot even delete you bank card details because they don’t let you unless you have already got another card set up for that same live account.
I don’t understand how they get away with holding onto your card details against your will.
