This is just a new way Sony is shooting themselves in the foot. Hopefully, all of this press about it will make them change it, but not likely. MS takes a fairly large chunk out of what each developer sells DLC for.
Slipphreake, if you had a EU account you will see the difference between it and a NA account. EU have all the good stuff. For example: demos, DLC, and PSOne games.
