hmmm…. for IT depends on what specifically… but there are more tech jobs by bigger city’s so either silicon valley, san jose (duh), or San fransisco… I really do like Toronto, and Atlanta has alot of tech jobs, NY of course and chicago… check computerjobs.com, and dice.com to get a feel on what citys in the US has the most jobs in what you think you will be doing. As far as europe im not that hip but I do really like amsterdam, London and Dublin. but my visits were to have fun so… hey…
