This shit is so crazy. Those first few achievements where it says there will be a pay off, it does make you wonder. The update goes live the same day Bungie teases its new game, which many people seem to believe is a prequel to Halo.
Maybe it could be something to do with that. A beta code for the multiplayer or something.
