I dunno about you guys, but I like that Legends of Wrestlemania demo…that was pure unadulterated wrestling fun!!! I didn’t think it was that slow. What do the rest of you all think???

i thought it was fucking horrible! no lie, i hated it. i mean i understand it has to be different from smackdown, but man, i did not like those controls, it took me about 20 minutes to figure out how to run
i’ll probably rent the game, cos i think the roster is the best on a wwe game since legends of wrestling: showdown
I dunno man…given its line-up I might have to get this one. The second time I played it I had more fun with it. I can’t wait to put muthaf*ckas in the sharp shooter.

Check out the videogamer.com review of LOW. It explains a lot. I never played any of the Smack Down vs. Raw games and don’t plan on it. LOW is on my radar because of the nostalgia it has. I like the simplistic buttons and the way the game plays because it reminds me of a classic (pre-Smackdown) wrestling game. Arcade play is what I want out of a wrestling game, not complexity. It got an 8/10 on that site.

however, it does seem like they were aiming for a throwback game, not only goin back to old wrestlers and the old style, but going back to old style of gaming, like you say, very arcadey
i will definately rent the game, and maybe eventually it will grow on me, but i’m not sure
