      Hey J, what is the best setup for guns, bombs, and perks in COD4 in your opinion?

      Anyone else can answer as well.

      Right now I am killing with

      M60E4 with red dot site

          I Use The M16 With Claymores, Stopping Power and Deep Impact

          I Average About 25+ Kills/Game and 5-10 Deaths/Game

          I Know Its Considered A Noob Weapon But Shit, If It Aint Broke Dont Fix It 😄

            Ok, you might think using my set up is a bitch move, but the game is about winning not losing.

            M16A4 with Red Dot Sight

            Special Grenade = Flash Grenade

            Perk 1 = Frag x3

            Perk 2 – Juggernaut

            Perk 3 – Matrydom

            You get mad shit off people for using Juggernaut but like i say, you play to win, not play to lose, and you should win by any means nessecery.

              honestly, it depends on the game mode for me, I have different classes for different gamemodes

              For instance, if you’re playing hardcore mode, then you dont want martyrdom as a perk because you will kill half your team mates

              also, when I play search and destroy, i try to pick a class with claymores to set up when im defending, and smoke as a special grenade for when i am planting

              most of the time my gun depends on what I am ranking up, my favorites though

              fav Weapons
              Assault – M4 w/ red dot
              SMG – P90 w/silencer
              LMG – I personaly hate LMG’s, its a spray and Pray type weapon for most people
              Shotty – I love both, both have their perks
              Sniper – M21

              fav perks
              Perk 1 – 3 frags, claymores
              Perk 2 – Stopping power, UAV jammer
              Perk 3 – Maryrdome, last stand, iron lungs

              also if you want to rank up quick, play headquarters, you get a massive amount of kills and even if you dont get any, you’re garunteed 250 pts if your team wins

                it all personal preference and I would not take a specific gun set up from anybody. try lots of stuff to see what really works for you. As J said it all matters on the game mode and even the map. Close quarters your gonna want a weapon with a quick rate of fire like the mp5 or scorpion. Martyrdom usually works well to if your up close or in close quarters combat. Overall the best assault rifle to use would have to be the m4 with the red dot. The acog is just inaccurate for me. The red dot allows for a quick sight picture and easy kills. Most guns that are really jumpy like the AK or g36c are easily controlled with a silencer but it does take of from the range of the weapon.
